I have proudly been part of our home for 19 years, and during that time I have had the privilege of building lasting relationships with our residents, their families, and our dedicated team. My experience has given me a deep understanding of what truly matters—providing compassionate, person-centred care in a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment.
I am passionate about leading by example and ensuring that every resident is treated with dignity, respect, and kindness. I take great pride in supporting our team to deliver the highest standards of care while creating a warm, family-like atmosphere where residents can feel happy, valued, and at home.

I have proudly been part of our home for 17 years and am passionate about providing the highest standard of care to our residents. Throughout my time here, I have gained valuable experience and built strong relationships with residents, their families, and our dedicated team.
As Deputy Manager, I work closely with the Home Manager to ensure our home remains a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment where every resident receives compassionate, person-centred care. I am committed to leading by example, supporting our staff, and continually striving to improve the quality of care we provide.

I have proudly served as Director since March 2024, with a strong commitment to providing a safe, welcoming and supportive home where every resident is valued, respected and cared for as an individual.
I am passionate about leading our home with compassion, integrity and a clear focus on excellence in care. Working closely with our dedicated clinical and care teams, I am committed to maintaining the highest standards of dementia care and ensuring that every resident receives personalised support that promotes their dignity, independence, wellbeing and quality of life.
Strong leadership, teamwork and continuous improvement are at the heart of my approach. I believe that exceptional care is built on a culture where staff feel supported and valued, residents are treated with kindness and respect, and families are kept informed, involved and reassured.
I take great pride in leading our home and in working alongside a dedicated team who share the same commitment to delivering outstanding care. Together, we strive to create an environment where residents feel safe, respected and truly at home.
As we continue to develop and strengthen our services, my focus will remain firmly on achieving the highest standards, supporting our team and, above all, ensuring that the wellbeing and happiness of every resident remain at the heart of everything we do.
